Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FleetBlocks (the “Service”), a product of ZadeNor AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
FleetBlocks is a subscription-based transport & logistics command center. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business operations during your subscription term, subject to these Terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your workspace. You must be authorized to bind your organization and be at least 18 years old.
3. Subscriptions, trials & billing
- New workspaces start on a 14-day trial of the Growth plan. When the trial ends without an upgrade, the workspace moves to the Starter plan.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle by card (SGD) or online banking / FPX (MYR).
- Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST/SST), which we add where required.

4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You will not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service, or upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by FleetBlocks / ZadeNor AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (payments, mapping, email). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Availability & support
We work hard to keep the Service available and performant, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and update features over time. Support is provided through the channels described for your plan.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Routing, ETAs and AI outputs are decision-support tools and should not be your sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify FleetBlocks against claims arising from your Customer Data or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Suspension & termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period before deletion.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your location.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
