Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work for FleetBlocks.

1. Free trial

Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Growth trial with no card required. You are never charged during the trial. If you don’t upgrade, your workspace continues on the Starter plan.

2. Billing cycles

  • Card (SGD) plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
  • Online-banking (MYR / FPX) plans are one-time payments per billing period; we email a renewal link before each period ends.
  • Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

3. Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Plans. For card subscriptions, upgrades and downgrades are prorated to the day so you only pay for what you use.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. We do not automatically delete your data on cancellation — you can export it during a limited retention window.

5. Refunds

Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a period has begun. For annual plans, if you cancel within 14 days of the initial annual charge and have not substantially used the Service, contact us for a pro-rata or full refund at our discretion. We also honor any mandatory refund rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Billing issues

If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing mistake, email billing@fleetblocks.com within 30 days and we will investigate and make it right.
