Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out prohibited uses of FleetBlocks. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. You may not

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Access another organization’s data or attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights, or upload unlawful content.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product, or to scrape it at scale.

2. Fair use of the API

Public API access is subject to rate limits and the scopes granted to your keys. Do not share keys publicly, and rotate any key you believe is compromised.

3. Location & driver data

If you collect driver location or personal data through the Service, you are responsible for providing appropriate notice and obtaining any consents required by law in your jurisdiction.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access to protect the Service and its users. Where possible we will give notice, but we may act immediately for serious or ongoing abuse.
