This Privacy Policy explains how FleetBlocks (“FleetBlocks”, “we”, “us”), a product of ZadeNor AI, collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you use our websites and transport & logistics command center (the “Service”).

1. Who we are

FleetBlocks provides software that helps transport and logistics teams dispatch jobs, track vehicles, capture proof of delivery, manage compliance and handle finance. When you use the Service to process information about your own drivers, customers and shipments, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor. For our own websites and account administration, we act as the controller.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data — name, work email, organization name, role and password (stored only as a salted hash).
  • Operational data you enter — bookings, drivers, vehicles, customers, routes, documents, invoices and related records.
  • Location & telematics data — vehicle positions and ETAs shared by the driver app while a trip is active.
  • Billing data — plan, billing cycle and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data — device, browser, IP address and usage events needed to secure and improve the Service.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, secure and support the Service.
  • Process subscriptions, payments and renewals.
  • Send transactional messages (verification, receipts, reminders and alerts).
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve features and performance using aggregated, de-identified analytics.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your operational data to train models for other customers.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR or the PDPA of Malaysia/Singapore) requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running the Service securely, your consent (which you may withdraw), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing & subprocessors

We share information only with vetted service providers that help us deliver the Service — such as cloud hosting, payment processing and email delivery — under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. See our Subprocessors list. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. International transfers

The Service runs on a globally distributed edge network, so data may be processed in multiple regions. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the Service. After termination we delete or anonymize data within a commercially reasonable period, unless a longer retention is required by law.

8. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@fleetblocks.com. Where we process data on behalf of a customer, we will refer end-user requests to that customer.

9. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, role-based access controls, signed and time-limited document links, and least-privilege infrastructure. See our Security Overview.

10. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
